  Anytime I want fried chicken and waffles this is my place to go. I was able to feed two people but it's also enough for three people.
  The chicken has a amazing seasoning that makes it hard to compare. The waffles are soft every time I come here.
  
  Perfect to bring family and friends but on the weekends come early before lunch and dinner because that's when they are on the peak.  But they do have a bar to wait for a table and have a drink to quench the thirst.
  
  The Restrooms are clean and the restaurant is cleaned and maintained as well.

  Not really sure what the hype of this place was and why this grew to be a chain restaurant. When we arrived the lobby was chaotic and we didn't know how to get a table. All of a sudden, a hostess finally shows up and had to shout and ask who came first and all of that.
  
  I got the Obama special with a side of potato salad and Mac and cheese. The salad had no flavoring or seasoning. It tasted really bland. The Mac and cheese tasted like the Mac and cheese you mix and throw in the microwave. The chicken was your average fried chicken and for it all costing $13, idk what was so special about it.
  
  Maybe this place was good during its prime but it really should start evolving and keeping up with better food.

  I took my friend to Roscoes House of Chicken 'N  Waffles to celebrate his Birthday.  I have been a fan of Roscoe's since the the 90's. I use to dine at The LA location.
  
  My friend ordered the chicken sandwich with potato salad and a side green dinner. I had Carol's Special - a waffle and a chicken breast.
  My friend ordered Root Beer and my ice tea  and lemonade called Natalie's Special.
  
  My friend has not stopped raving about hot great it was to have hot food served quickly. He  commented on how the staff made every guest feel welcomed. Our waitress  Selena  L. was the nicest she cheerfully brought my friend his 1000 island dressing when the runner brought him Italian - the wrong one.
  
  Long Story short come eat at Roscoe's. Bring your friends and family. This a kid friendly place.

  Back in Cali and of course I had to come back to the famous Roscoe's. These waffles are still amazing. They are so soft and flavorful. I also tried the potato salad and it was really good. My only issue was that we wouldn't let me have potato salad as my side option. Apparently you can only get fries and all other side options are sold a la carte. I think that's pretty sucky but otherwise I guess my meal was good.

  This is another great location to eat at. This is my third Roscoe's I have been to and it is just as consistent in its quality of delicious food as the other two locations that I have been too. My goodness, do they make some fine fried chicken! I'd say it's the best I have ever had. By a long shot too! The chicken is always so moist and flavorful. There is something about those waffles that is untouchable in their unique, delicious flavor! Best waffles I have ever had. The staff again was super friendly and took care of us. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. The atmosphere is always welcoming too. And you always feel like you get what you pay for when you are done with your meal. Again, I look forward to stopping at this location next time I am in Long Beach. Give it a try. You definitely won't regret it!
